My top tips for keeping Anxiety at bay... Now these are my own personal tips which may not work for everyone, also may be slightly obvious but sometimes the answer is right under your nose! 
Tip 1. POSITIVITY POSITIVITY POSITIVITY! β€”

I say it 3 times because this has to be one of the most important ways of combatting Anxiety (for me) The more negative I am the more I struggle to control my mood and if my mood lowers then that is a recipe for disaster 😬🀯 Tip 2.) DISTRACTIONS 
They say time flys when your having fun so I try to use that saying to help with my anxiety. If I’m up and about doing things I enjoy, my anxiety is nowhere to be seen. It’s when I’m alone with my thoughts that things can quickly escalate, so I try and stay as busy as I can and sometimes being busy includes me having a nap πŸ˜‚πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈπŸ˜΄πŸ˜΄ Tip 3.) EXERCISE! β€”

Now this one is my most favourite one of all! If you look better you feel better and exercise does just that. So many benefits for staying fit and healthy. It lifts your mood with the release of endorphins which gives you a natural high throughout the whole day! I exercise daily and it has massively reduced the number of panic attacks I have. It gets me out of the house for a good while which in turn is a distraction! Then there’s going to the gym with the hope of performing a PB which in itself is when the positive thoughts come into play! πŸ’ͺ🏻😎 Hope this helps someone out there!! πŸ€™πŸ»πŸ˜˜
