So the past 2 days have been extremely interesting. I went back to my roots of One ManUP. Did about 17 Skype Sessions , One on One, with Men from different ages and walks of life.
This experience is second to none. Where me and my client come together with a defined purpose and the endeavour to improve in the aspects they lack.
Of course, I wont lie, being of help and assistance to someone who could use my experience feels amazing. I feel more complete having trained someone. I sleep better.
But that doesnt make me neglect the fact that I learn so much from them as well. The way these guys open up to me shows me the immense amount of trust they have in me. And thats something I dont take lightly.
Hearing their stories, their perspectives, broadens my vision, my work, my thinking wavelengths by leaps and bounds.
