My first post 😱😎. The overall theme would be "gentle" and "soothing" (for sensitive dry combination skin). And I love the colour green!
This multi-layered routine works really well for my combination skin as it caters to both dry and oily skin without causing unnecessary breakouts.
Proper hydration is everything.
Then, last but not least sunscreen, which also provides a matte finish.

i somehow managed to keep myself from buying everything from @deciem black friday sale - and now that these two bad boys are finally here i can’t wait to add them to my routine👏🏻

Vor ein paar Tagen hab ich in den Stories schon von meinen derzeitigen Gesichtsölen erzählt – hier nochmal ein Post dazu:
▶Seit dem Sommer verwende ich das TO „B“ Oil und erst seit Mitte November das TO Marula Öl. Schon vorweg gesagt, beide finde ich echt toll und das, obwohl ich nicht unbedingt ein Ölfan bin.
↪Das „B“ Oil ist meiner Ansicht nicht so reichhaltig – aber auch nicht „trocken“ - sondern irgendwas dazwischen. Ich mische 4-5 Tropfen als letzten Schritt am Abend in meine Gesichtscreme (ist meistens die Cerave Lotion). Swipe für die Incis. Der Eigengeruch ist das einzige was mich etwas an dem Öl stört, aber der verfliegt auch ziemlich schnell.
↪Jetzt für die kältere Zeit verwende ich aber nur mehr das Marula Öl. Auch wieder 4-5 Tropfen am Abend in die Gesichtscreme. Dieses Öl ist definitiv reichhaltiger, aber trotz meiner öligen Haut komme ich gut damit klar. Gleich am ersten Morgen war meine Haut richtig schön strahlend, was bei mir nur wenige Produkte auf Anhieb schaffen😍 Also ich kann den Hype um das Marulaöl sehr gut verstehen. Ihr auch?
. ⭐So, jetzt freue ich mich aber auf einen entspannten Samstag Abend nachdem ich heute den ganzen Tag schon in der Weihnachtsbäckerei fleißig gebacken habe🎄⭐🎄

It’s been a pretty long time I put up a nightime 🌚 🌙 routine.

It’s harmattan so I’ve switched my cleanser for something creamy to cleanse that will even retain my skin’s moisture even more. With that I use the @lizearlebeautyco cleanse and polish hot cloth cleanser.
I go straight on to using my @Cosrx BHA Blackhead Power liquid to treat/prevent breakouts and this gives me some hydration.
To even top up on hydration I use the @Cosrx Hyaluronic Acid Hydra Power essence.
I then go straight to using the @deciem The Ordinary caffiene Solution 5% + EGCG around my eyes to depuff and reduce pigment.

Tonight is retinol night. 💃🏽 The highlight of my routine is using the @deciem The granactive retinoid 2% emulsion for smoother plumper skin. My skin always looks brighter, and plumper with the serum. I started with using this almost everyday but now it’s on rotation one night on and the other off. I like to wait about 10-20mins (preference) before I put anything on top of it.
I nourish with the @organiclifeplus coffee oil and then seal on in with the @apieu_cosmetics Pure medic, a lotion for dry sensitive skin which I just started using and I think is really helping with this harmattan situation!

If you saw my stories last night you’ll know I got my first @deciem order yesterday. I’ve been hearing about The Ordinary for sometime (hey r/SkincareAddiction 👋) but I’m only just now getting around to trying them. I prefer to try before I buy but I did a ton of research and read even more reviews so I felt pretty confident in making a large purchase. After only trying a few of these items. I have to say I am already in love. I won’t be opening about half of them until I finish other similar products, but I’m very thankful that such an inexpensive and effective line exists. Because let’s face it, this isn’t exactly a cheap hobby. Not to mention I already have a full cart of other items I’d like to add to my collection! I also purchased a few backups of the items that were on sale, as well as the 7% glycolic toner. This was the last package I was expecting from Black Friday and I’m on a loose no-buy until the holidays are over. Is anyone else building a wishlist for when they get their tax return next year? 😅😬

Moja výbavička pre oddialenie starnutia (ktoré samozrejme nezastavím, ale môžem ho aspoň spomaliť) 😀
@timelesshaskin Coenzym Q10 Serum - okrem Q10 obsahuje aj Metrixyl 3000, vitamín E, kyselinu hyaluronovú, aloe vera, samé fajnoty ktoré by mali spomaľovať proces starnutia a celkovo sú pre pleť prospešné. Sérum ma ľahkú mliečnu textúru a je príjemné na použitie.
@hylamide SubQ - toto sérum patrí k mojím obľúbeným. Má naozaj pokrokovú, technológiami nabitú formuláciu aktívnych látok (5 druhov HA s rôznou molekulárnou hmotnosťou, peptid Metrixyl Synthe 6, aminokyseliny lyzín/prolín, meď) Sérum by sa dalo zaradiť do skupiny ako Buffet od The Ordinary, ale je oveľa viac sofistikovanejšie, má mať výrazne lepšiu penetráciu do hlbších vrstiev kože a tým pádom výraznejšie podporovať tvorbu vlastného kolagénu. Rozdiel ktorý vidno okamžite, je ale hlavne v hydratácii, pri Buffete mi práve ona výrazne chýbala. *
*Hylamide C25 Booster - je 25% vitamín C vo vysoko stabilnej forme ako Ethylated Ascorbic Acid. Má olejovú konzistenciu, čo bude vyhovovať určite suchej pleti, znesie ho aj moja zmiešaná, ale pri mastnej by som asi neriskovala, zanecháva totiž trošku mastný film. Opäť by som ho porovnala s The Ordinary - Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate Solution 20% in Vitamin F, čo je tiež vysoko stabilné céčko olejovej konzistencie, ale mám pocit, že sa o niečo lepšie vstrebáva ako Hylamide a preto sa v budúcnosti vrátim radšej k nemu. Ordinary má ale aj sérum s rovnakou formou vitamínu C, ale v 15% koncentrácii (nemám vyskúšané)
@deciem Granactive Retinoid 5% in Squalane - retinol a retonoidy sú zatiaľ najlepšia zbraň v boji s časom (vedecky potvrdená) a skvalán je tiež super ingrediencia zase na hydratáciu, tiež ide o olejovú formuláciu, ale výborne vstrebateľnú, vyhovuje mi viac ako Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion.
Toľko o mojich súčasných pomocníkoch proti vráskam. Čo sa najviac osvedčilo vám? Dajte tipy čo by som ešte mohla vyskúšať😉

Rutina AM de hoy....
Hace un par de días acabé una con mi skin roller, así que mi piel está mudando y resulta un poco incómodo los pellejitos por la cara.. pero es normal.. después del #microneedling suele pasar..
✔️Low ph good morning gel cleanser.. de @cosrx mi limpiador favorito para las mañanas.. con extracto de árbol de té.
✔️Supple preparation facial toner... de @dear_klairs .. este tónico tiene su fama bien merecida.. hidrata muchísimo.
✔️Starting treatment essence.. de @secretkey_official .. esta esencia empecé a usarla hace poco y me está gustando mucho, es de textura muy ligera, como un tónico, e hidrata súper bien.
✔️Retinol 2% in squalane.. de @deciem .. no me gusta .. pero bueno ya queda poco.. a ver si lo acabo en unos días.
✔️Hyaluronic ácido 2%+ B5... de @deciem_spain ..me gusta mucho este serum de hialurónico.. me costó hacerme con la textura porque queda como pegajoso.. pero unos toques después de aplicarlo y se absorbe genial.
✔️Secret eyes.. contorno de ojos de @cvprimaryessence .. mi favorito.. efecto botox.
✔️Natural BHA skin returning emulsion..de @cosrx .. emulsión que ayuda mantener mis poros limpios.
✔️Mid-day blue sun lotion SPF 40 PA++..de @dear_klairs .. nunca me falta mi protector solar..
